JUHU SURFLIFE SAVING CLUB wants to spread our message of hope and compassion. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world. Through advocacy and outreach activities,NIPPERS(kids)
Nippers (kids) is a junior activities program that introduces children aged 5 to 16 to Surf Life Saving. It’s a great way for children to make friends, be active and learn how to enjoy the beach safely. Nippers (kids) first learn about surf awareness and safety. As they progress through the various age groups, nippers (kids) will undergo lessons in wading, running, ocean swimming, board paddling and lifesaving skills as well as learning the basics of resuscitation and first aid.The Nippers programme is delivered by one of the individual surf lifesaving club located at juhu beach Mumbai Nippers(kids) program runs from October to March, and usually on a Saturday & Sunday morning at 7.am to 9.am near novatel Lane juhu.

JUHU SURFLIFE SAVING CLUB knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2014, our Non-Profit Organization realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch JUHU SURFLIFE SAVING CLUB in 2020For awareness safety, lifesaving skills, sup paddle program.

Awareness program
At JUHU SURFLIFE SAVING CLUB, Our dedicated program: First Aid CPR, Beach Safety, Sea awareness ,Surf study ,Sup paddle, Board paddling, Kayaking, Swimming in the sea, Beach games.
Nippers
Nippers is about learning new skills, gaining confidence and having fun in a safe beach environment. For Nippers, the beach is the classroom. They gain confidence by passing the 'tests' of swimming, board paddling, beach sprinting, dolphin-diving, spotting a rip, having fun with new friends and discovering things about themselves.
The skills gained at Nippers will stick to the soul like sand from the beach and be carried for life.
Nippers is a junior activities program that introduces children aged 5 to 13 to surf lifesaving. It is a fun outdoors activity that develops a child’s confidence, teaches valuable life skills and safety knowledge. Most surf life saving clubs offer a Nippers program, even though the size and style of the activity may vary from club to club.
The youth of today are the future of Surf Life Saving and the Nippers pathway teaches lessons and skills which allow young people to continue in lifesaving and sport as they grow older.
But it’s not all hard work. We like to call it serious fun! Nippers is a great way for children to make friends, be active and enjoy the beach in a safe environment.
